How much does Directlyst cost?
Launch pricing starts at €79 per month for Essential, €129 per month for Professional, and from €199 per month for Growth.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Directlyst charges €0 setup fee. Instead of a large upfront website development fee, the service runs on a predictable monthly subscription.
Does Directlyst charge booking commission?
No. Directlyst charges 0% commission on direct bookings or enquiries generated through your own website.
Do I need to stop using Booking.com or Airbnb?
No. OTAs can remain useful for reach. Directlyst helps you build your own direct channel for independence, repeat guests, and direct relationships.
How do guests contact me?
Guests submit a direct booking enquiry through the website form or contact you by email or WhatsApp where those options are configured.
Does Directlyst process guest payments?
No. Directlyst does not currently process guest payments. Owners handle confirmation and payment arrangements directly with the guest.
