Guests arrive through direct visits, Google, referrals, social media, previous stays, and OTA discovery.

They submit intended dates and contact details through email or WhatsApp request paths.

You communicate directly with the guest and arrange confirmation and payment outside Directlyst Phase 1.

Phase 1 avoids pretending to be a full booking engine. Guests ask; owners reply; the relationship stays direct.
