Terms of Service

Directlyst Phase 1 presents a subscription-based direct booking website service. Final plan terms, cancellation rules, service levels, and commercial conditions should be confirmed before accepting paid customers.

Directlyst does not guarantee bookings, revenue, search rankings, or the transfer of OTA demand to direct bookings.

Phase 1 does not include online payments, PMS, channel management, OTA API integration, or a full automated booking engine.
